Jonathan Michaeli
A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience, Jonathan Michaeli is a specialist in HVAC systems engineering design and implementation for a wide variety of project types. He is skilled in the planning, design, and construction of healthcare and research facilities, laboratories, corporate headquarters, entertainment complexes, high-rise office and residential buildings. His successful and comprehensive design solutions not only satisfy but routinely exceed project goals and aspirations.
Although Jonathan has completed work in many market segments, his portfolio of healthcare, science and laboratory work is extremely impressive. He has completed projects for Bellevue Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, Brookdale University Hospital, College of Staten Island Building, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Flushing Hospital Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Kings County Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York University Comprehensive Cancer Center, St. Vincent’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, St. Vincent’s Hospital Inpatient Psychiatry Facility, Touro University, College of Medicine, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center.
A Columbia University engineering graduate, Jonathan is active in many professional associations including the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, American Society for Hospital Engineering, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, National Council of Engineering Examiners, National Society of Professional Engineers, New York State Society of Professional Engineers, and National Fire Protection Association. Having worked in London, he is also a member of The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
