Cindy Feinberg

Cindy Feinberg is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. With more than 12 years of experience, Cindy is a recognized expert in the planning, design and construction of sophisticated electrical systems for complex projects. Both an enthusiastic leader and team player, she fosters collaboration among the design disciplines. As the majority partner of the WBE firm, Cindy works with her Partners to align and implement the resources of the JFK&M team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Bolles Consulting Engineers. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester.

Edward Feinberg

A licensed professional engineer with over 42 years of experience, Edward Feinberg is one of JFK&M’s most respected firm leaders. His awareness of client goals and objectives, exceptional organization skills, and his attention to detail position him as a recognized leader of projects of different levels and complexities. Bridging a historical understanding of his profession and the influence of new technologies and sustainable approaches, Ed adds another dimension to the senior leadership of JFK&M.

Ed brings an exceptional portfolio of project work and a depth of experience in numerous types of facilities to JFK&M. He has specialized in system design and project management for corporate office buildings and institutional facilities, including school, university and healthcare buildings, libraries and museums. He also has an extensive list of experience in cultural and recreation, government, hospitality, mission critical, and restaurant/cafeteria facilities. In addition, Ed brings the benefit of a global perspective to the firm’s assignments since he completed international projects. A graduate of City College of New York, Ed holds engineering licenses in more than 20 states.

An avid industry proponent, Ed is active in numerous real estate and building associations including the American Institute of Architects, Association of Engineering Construction Employers, CoreNet Global, International Facility Managers Association, New York Building Congress, 7×24 Exchange International, and the United States Green Building Council. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.

Prior to founding JFK&M Consulting Group, Ed was a founding partner of AKF Engineers, a 300 person engineering firm.

Jonathan Michaeli

A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience, Jonathan Michaeli is a specialist in HVAC systems engineering design and implementation for a wide variety of project types. He is skilled in the planning, design, and construction of healthcare and research facilities, laboratories, corporate headquarters, entertainment complexes, high-rise office and residential buildings. His successful and comprehensive design solutions not only satisfy but routinely exceed project goals and aspirations.

Although Jonathan has completed work in many market segments, his portfolio of healthcare, science and laboratory work is extremely impressive. He has completed projects for Bellevue Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, Brookdale University Hospital, College of Staten Island Building, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Flushing Hospital Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Kings County Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York University Comprehensive Cancer Center, St. Vincent’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, St. Vincent’s Hospital Inpatient Psychiatry Facility, Touro University, College of Medicine, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center.

A Columbia University engineering graduate, Jonathan is active in many professional associations including the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, American Society for Hospital Engineering, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, National Council of Engineering Examiners, National Society of Professional Engineers, New York State Society of Professional Engineers, and National Fire Protection Association. Having worked in London, he is also a member of The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Prior to founding JFK&M Consulting Group, Jonathan was a partner at Cosentini Associates.

Michael Jacob

With over 27 years of experience in project engineering, planning, design, documentation, and construction administration, Michael Jacob is one of JFK&M’s most versatile engineers. Michael has managed a wide array of projects for commercial, financial, legal and healthcare companies. He has a particular expertise in handling complex and confidential projects especially in mission critical assignments. His close relationships with clients, consultants, user groups, and facility planning departments are a crucial element in the success rate of his projects.
Michael has worked on projects for AT&T, Bank of Tokyo, CB Richard Ellis, Cozen O’ Connor, Exxon, GE Real Estate, HIP, IBM, Kings County Medical Center, Mitsubishi, Nassau University Medical Center, Pace University, SAC Capital LLC, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Sumitomo Bank, United Parcel Service, and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He also played a critical role in the NASDAQ Market site and NASDAQ sign in Times Square, NY.

Prior to founding JFK&M Consulting Group, Michael was a senior managing engineer at AKF Engineers; an executive vice president in a New York based Construction Management firm and an associate/shareholder at Joseph R. Loring and Associates Engineers. He attained his engineering knowledge from the study of architecture, engineering and building design at Queens Borough Community College, New York Institute of Technology and New York University.
