He is skilled in the planning, design, and construction of healthcare and research facilities, laboratories, corporate headquarters, entertainment complexes, high-rise office and residential buildings. Although Jonathan has completed work in many market segments, his portfolio of healthcare, science and laboratory work is extremely impressive. He has completed projects for Bellevue Hospital, Beth Israel Medical Center, Brookdale University Hospital, College of Staten Island Building, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Flushing Hospital Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Kings County Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York University Comprehensive Cancer Center, St. Vincent’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, St. Vincent’s Hospital Inpatient Psychiatry Facility, Touro University, College of Medicine, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center.
