JFK&M provided MEP/FP services for the leading Brazilian contemporary art gallery, Nara Roesler Gallery, working with the architect of record in a relocation from the Upper East Side to an expanded 4,500-SF venue in Chelsea. The design covered HVAC, electrical, humidification, and fire protection systems and ensured integration into the gallery’s overall sleek modern design. The gallery made its debut to the Chelsea’s blue-chip gallery scene, opening January 2021.
